Adaptive Leadership Training

Working in the outdoors, whether it is recreation, conservation, or other endeavors to engage with and protect the natural world often require overcoming a wide variety of wicked challenges. In order to help with this, our region has come together to partake in an Adaptive Leadership training. Adaptive Leadership is the a leadership model that leans into change and integrates a variety of perspectives. With this model, our region aims to come together to continue making even more strides toward a healthy, vibrant outdoor community. 

This program equips participants with essential skills, frameworks, and a robust network to collaboratively address regional conservation and recreation challenges.
Participants 

• enhance their self-awareness,
• build their leadership muscle,
• strengthen cross-sector relationships, and
• sharpen their understanding of what it takes to generate sustained regional impact.
