You need to be here, you’re needed.

As a business or organizational leader in our local outdoor recreation industry, you are invested in its growth and strengthening as an economic driver for our community. This doesn’t happen easily in isolation but only when dedicated leaders, like you, join together. History proves that forming collaborative efforts is far more impactful to a community that going it solo.

Pikes Peak Outdoor Recreation Alliance is partnering with the Colorado Outdoor Recreation Industry Office, Outdoor Industry Association and the El Pomar Foundation to present COILSx – Colorado Outdoor Industry Leadership Summit for the Pikes Peak Region. This no-cost half-day event is the first annual gathering of our local industry leaders for inspiration, connection, and education.

You’ll be challenged by Andy Vick from the Cultural Office of the Pikes Peak Region to think proactively about our industry and the impact our unified voice can have, using the Arts community as an example of our potential.

Jonathan Liebert, from the Better Business Bureau of Southern Colorado, will get you thinking about the social impact of your business – whether for profit or nonprofit. We will look at national and local examples and together examine the opportunities for each of us to establish the Pikes Peak Region’s prominence as an outdoor destination and hub for innovation and social impact.

If you have heard Luis Benitez before, Director of the Colorado Outdoor Recreation Industry Office, you know that you won’t walk out of our time together unchanged but will be inspired and motivated for action.

This event is no cost but space is limited. Your RSVP is required to secure your seat.
